Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
- Ensure proper treatment of wastewater as per pollution control norms
- Monitor inlet and outlet water quality parameters (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, etc.)
- Maintain records of plant operations, chemical usage, and test results
- Handle dosing of chemicals and ensure correct treatment processes
- Supervise ETP operators and maintenance staff
- Plan preventive maintenance of pumps, motors, blowers, and other equipment
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
