We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer service and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Handle client inquiries and provide property options based on their requirements
- Conduct property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and benefits
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with prospects regularly
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate or direct sales
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work on targets and under pressure
- Own Two-Wheeler
