Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Baby Care Nurse to provide professional care and support for infants and young children.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for infants and young children
- Assist with feeding, burping, bathing, diaper changing, and dressing
- Monitor the baby's health, sleep patterns, and developmental progress
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals (if required)
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the baby's environment
- Prepare and sterilize feeding bottles and baby equipment
- Ensure the baby's safety and comfort at all times
- Assist parents with baby care guidance and routines
- Maintain records of feeding schedules, medication, and daily activities
- Respond promptly to the baby's needs and emergencies
Requirements
- Nursing qualification (BSc Nursing, GNM, or equivalent) preferred
- Previous experience in baby care, neonatal care, pediatric care, or home care nursing
- Knowledge of infant health, nutrition, and child development
- Basic first aid and emergency response skills
- Patient, caring, and responsible personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
