Job Summary
Achyutam Technology is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Meta Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising, campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization. Freshers with practical knowledge or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Set up campaigns for Lead Generation, Website Traffic, Conversions, and Sales.
- Research and define target audiences based on business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, policies, and trends.
- Assist senior team members in executing performance marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and pixel.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversion API is a plus.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Familiarity with campaign metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Digital Marketing certification is preferred.
- Internship or practical experience in Meta Ads will be an advantage.
