We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – ELV Systems to drive business growth and manage key client relationships. The candidate should have strong knowledge of ELV solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, Networking, and related technologies.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the ELV segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution designing and proposals
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiations with clients
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy client relationshiRequirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in ELV Systems sales
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Engineering / Electronics / IT or related field)
