Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Service Head to lead service operations for SPM machines and industrial automation systems. The role involves installation, commissioning, preventive & breakdown maintenance, customer support, and service revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service operations for SPM machines
- Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting & maintenance
- Manage Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics service activities
- Guide teams on PLC, HMI, Servo Drives, Sensors, Pneumatics & Hydraulics
- Ensure SLA adherence, customer satisfaction & quick issue resolution
- Drive AMC contracts, service revenue & profitability
- Lead and mentor service engineers & technicians
- Coordinate with design, projects & manufacturing teams
- Maintain service reports, KPIs & MIS reporting
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics systems
- Expertise in SPM machines & industrial automation servicing
- PLC, HMI, Servo Drives, VFDs, Sensors & Vision Systems knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting & root cause analysis skills
- Strong leadership and customer handling abilities
Qualification & Experience
- BE/BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics
- 15–20 years experience in SPM or industrial machinery service
- Minimum 10 years in service leadership role
