The Business Development Intern will support the sales team by researching potential clients, identifying qualified leads, and helping build a strong sales pipeline through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate 50–100 potential leads per week using platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and online business communities
Monitor relevant forums and communities to identify companies discussing SEO, marketing, or growth challenges.
Research company websites to evaluate their digital presence, SEO maturity, and suitability for our services
Maintain and update lead data, status, and research notes in the CRM or tracking sheet.
Prepare weekly reports on lead generation performance and insights
Analyse which lead sources deliver the best quality prospects
Work closely with the sales team to refine targeting and lead quality criteria
Help evaluate prospects based on:
Company size, industry, and budget potential
Current marketing/SEO pain points
Decision-making authority
Readiness and timeline to engage
Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.E / Any Bachelor’s degree
Specialization in Marketing, Sales, Business, or Management is a plus
Strong English Communication (Written & Spoken)
Good documentation and reporting skills
Open for freshers (Internship)
