Sales Manager – Head to drive sales growth of Commercial Vehicle Radial Tyres in MMR region. Responsible for dealer expansion, fleet business, team leadership, market penetration, targets achievement, competitor monitoring and receivables management. Experience in CV tyres preferred.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales strategy to achieve volume & revenue targets
- Expand and manage dealer / distributor network across territory
- Increase secondary sales and market penetration
- Develop business with fleet operators, transporters & institutional customers
- Conduct product presentations, fitment trials and conversion to radial tyres
- Monitor competitor pricing, schemes and market activities
- Lead, train and review performance of Area Sales Managers & field staff
- Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings
- Ensure stock availability and coordinate with supply chain
- Manage receivables and credit discipline
- Submit sales reports, forecasts and market feedback to management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Commercial Vehicle Tyres / Automotive Aftermarket
- Strong exposure to dealer network & fleet market
- Proven team handling and sales growth track record
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel across assigned territory

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
