HOMIGO is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, negotiations, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Client Acquisition
- Meet decision-makers and present HOMIGO's service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client visits.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with operations for timely resolution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
Sales & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance and revenue generation.
- Forecast business opportunities.
Coordination
- Work closely with the Operations, HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate staffing requirements for newly acquired projects.
- Ensure timely documentation and agreement execution.Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA (Preferred).
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Facility Management, Manpower Services, Cleaning Services, or B2B Sales.
- Freshers with exceptional sales abilities may also be considered for trainee roles.
