Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences and requirements
- Provide detailed information on product features, quality, materials, and benefits
- Handle billing, sales transactions, and payment processing efficiently
- Maintain proper inventory display, stock arrangement, and store presentation
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals
- Stay updated with latest jewellery trends, designs, and market demand
- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery sales (preferred for senior role)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and presentable personality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
