We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Marketing & Content Operations Manager who can manage our complete digital content ecosystem. This role is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across social media platforms while also managing podcasts, digital assets, and content storage systems.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content marketing, social media strategy, video production workflows, podcast management, and digital asset organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage content calendars across all platforms.
- Publish and schedule content using social media management tools.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where required.
- Track KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes.
2. Content Creation
- Plan and create high-quality content including:
- Reels
- Short videos
- Carousels
- Graphics
- Blogs
- Newsletters
- Infographics
- Promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and subject matter experts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content.
3. Podcast Management
- Coordinate podcast production from planning to publishing.
- Schedule guests and manage recording sessions.
- Review audio/video edits.
- Write podcast titles, descriptions, and show notes.
- Publish episodes on podcast platforms and YouTube.
- Create promotional clips for social media.
- Maintain an archive of all podcast recordings and assets.
4. Video & Multimedia Content
- Coordinate recording and editing of videos.
- Create short-form content from long-form recordings.
- Manage subtitles, thumbnails, and metadata.
- Organize video libraries for future use.
5. Digital Asset & Data Management
- Maintain a centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Organize:

- Brand assets
- Documents
- Ensure proper folder structures, naming conventions, and version control.
- Manage cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.).
- Ensure regular backups and data security.
6. Campaign Management
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate launches across social media, podcasts, email marketing, and websites.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications
