Business Development Manager (BIM Services)

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth for our BIM (Building Information Modeling) Services across India. This is a field-based role requiring frequent client meetings and travel.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Experience in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or BIM Services is mandatory.
- Strong network with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, or infrastructure companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads.
- Meet clients, conduct presentations, and close deals.
- Build relationships with architects, developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for project execution.
