Title: Assistant Manager – EHS/ Safety officer
Location: Kolkata, WB
We are reaching out to request your assistance in identifying experienced professionals for our EHS Department. These positions will primarily support:
- Internal EHS auditing
- Compliance monitoring
- Report preparation
- Documentation activities across projects

Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification : B.Tech / B.Sc. (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics)OR Diploma in Engineering or Diploma in fire safety
2. Experience
- 10–12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in high-rise building projects with reputed organizations
- Strong exposure to:
- EHS auditing
- Compliance monitoring
- Incident investigation
- Preparation of comprehensive EHS reports
3. Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Core Functional Skills
- Proficient in documentation management, data analysis, and reporting
- Experience in preparing:
- Monthly and quarterly EHS performance reports
- Dashboards and summary reports for management review
- Ability to implement safety standards and conduct site inspections
- Coordination with project teams and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Technical & Software Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Behavioral & Additional Skills
- First Aid certification
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Skilled in developing, communicating, and implementing EHS plans
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
