Role Overview
The Solution Consultant – Global Consulting will implement Basware solutions for customers, ensuring adherence to country-specific requirements while delivering seamless AP automation. The role spans design, build, testing, and post-go-live support, requiring strong implementation expertise and customer engagement skills.
Compliance Focus
This role demands a proactive approach to regulatory compliance, ensuring that all configurations, integrations, and workflows meet local statutory requirements such as e-invoicing, e-reporting, and tax mandates. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through compliance best practices while embedding these requirements into the solution design and delivery process.
Design Phase

Analyse existing integration rules and formats.

Design field updates and mapping for AP Automation and Network integrations.

Support API notification and E-Reporting content mapping.
Build & SIT (System Integration Testing)

Configure invoicing addresses, endpoints, and entity settings in Network and AP Automation

Update import configuration files and mapping for new fields and business rules.

Execute end-to-end testing, document findings, and propose resolutions.

Implement E-Invoicing, lifecycle setup, E-Reporting, Directory API, and portal entity registration.
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Prepare test scenarios and plans.

Support customer UAT, identify defects, and document findings.

Analyse issues, develop fixes, and ensure resolution documentation.
Move to Production

Prepare and execute Go-Live activities.

Ensure smooth transition and readiness for production.
Hypercare (Post-Go-Live Support)

Provide support for reported issues during Hypercare phases.

Identify and resolve defects, document resolutions, and ensure system stability.
