Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Management Trainees to join our Sales & Marketing team in the retail textile sector. This role is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in store operations, customer engagement, and marketing activities. The trainee will undergo structured training and gradually take on responsibilities to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Customer Engagement
- Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Interact with customers and understand their needs
- Support the sales team in product presentation and upselling
- Ensure excellent in-store customer experience
2. Store Operations Exposure
- Learn and assist in daily store operations
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Understand billing and POS operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and display standards
3. Marketing Activities
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns
- Support social media promotions and in-store branding
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
4. Training & Development
- Participate in structured training programs
- Learn about textile products, customer behavior, and retail trends
- Work under the guidance of senior managers
- Develop leadership and team management skills
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare basic sales and customer reports
- Analyze customer preferences and buying patterns
- Provide feedback to improve sales strategies
