Operations Manager
Location: Mannuthy, Thrissur
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and manage the company’s daily operations efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the Operations Department
- Strong experience in managing company daily operations
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage teams effectively
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Engineering background will be preferred
- Candidates ready to join immediately will be given preference
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage operational teams and improve productivity
- Monitor operational performance and ensure targets are achieved
- Maintain quality standards and operational efficiency
- Support management in planning and execution of operational strategies
