Crystal Air System is a leading provider of specialized cooling solutions, focusing on advanced Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, commercial setups, and high-end cassette air conditioners. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our market footprint, connect with new clients, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pitch our HVAC and VRF solutions to potential clients, including construction contractors, architects, interior designers, and commercial property owners.
- Client Consultation: Visit sites to assess client cooling requirements, present tailored product proposals, and close sales deals successfully.
- Brand Marketing: Promote our core strengths—such as energy efficiency and the silent operation of our systems—through local marketing initiatives, digital platforms, and professional networking.
- Relationship Management: Maintain excellent long-term relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Having knowledge of the HVAC field for a minimum of 3 months OR completed a certified HVAC course.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the HVAC, construction, engineering, or building materials industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license for field visits.
