Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Identify and approach industrial customers, factories, OEMs, contractors, and distributors.
- Present products and solutions to clients based on their business requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions when required.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the operations, service, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM regularly.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly performance reports.
- Support payment collection and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings when required.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Good knowledge of industrial sales processes.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM, ERP).
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical
- Engineering or Chemical Engineering (Preferred)or any relevant field.
- Diploma/ITI candidates with strong industrial sales experience may also apply.
Experience
- 1–5 years in Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, Capital Equipment, Water Treatment, Pumps, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related industries.
Requirements
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
