- Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview coordination.
- Lead Campus Recruitment drives—partner with universities, schedule hiring events, evaluate talent, and issue offer letters.
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs for new hires and campus recruits.
- Coordinate the 6-month in-house training transition from fresh graduate to full-time employee, ensuring completion tracking and performance evaluations.
- Organize skill-building workshops, compliance training, and professional development sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records, digital systems, and personal files.
- Prepare official documentation (Offer Letters, Joining Letters, Training Completion Certificates, Confirmation Letters, and Relieving Letters).
- Assist with monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Ensure organizational compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness drives.
- Conduct regular stay interviews and exit interviews to analyze feedback and improve retention.
- Assist management in conducting probation assessments, mid-year checks, and annual performance reviews.
- Track key performance metrics and assist managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
