Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Executive/ Area Sales Manager/Sr. ASM/Asstt. Branch Manager, located in Ghaziabad, Noida, Meerut, Guwahati,Mumbai,Pune, Varanasi and Patna. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Channel sales & Project Sales, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market analysis, strategizing sales plans, conducting sales presentations, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in dealer network & market expansion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the MDF/MDHMR /PARTICLE/ manufacturing industry is mandatory
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
