Job Overview
We’re looking for a smart, motivated Inside Sales Executive who loves sales, communication, and building long-term client relations in the luxury jewellery field.
Key Responsibilities
Handle new leads and client inquiries (domestic & international)
Share product details, send quotations, and follow up for orders
Coordinate with design & production teams for custom orders
Maintain client records and follow-ups in Excel
Meet monthly sales & conversion targets
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer handling
Good communication in English (written & spoken)
MS Excel skills are a must
Experience in jewellery, B2B, or luxury sales is preferred
