Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Sales Representative to generate leads and promote our interior and construction services through phone calls. The candidate must be fluent in Malayalam, English, and Tamil and have strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company interior / construction services clearly.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule site visits / meetings for sales team.
- Follow up with existing and new clients.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in telecalling / sales / customer service preferred
- Knowledge in interior or construction industry is an advantage
Required Skills
- Fluency in Malayalam, English & Tamil (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
