Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Junior Counselor with 1 to 2 years of experience in overseas education. The candidate will guide students on international education opportunities and support them throughout their study-abroad journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on courses, universities, and study destinations
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals
- Provide guidance on admission requirements and application steps
- Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Follow up with prospective students and keep in touch regularly
- Assist students with documentation and application processes
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams when needed
- Maintain student records and update lead status
- Support education fairs, seminars, and student awareness sessions
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in overseas education or study-abroad counseling
- Good knowledge of international education destinations and admission processes
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counseling, follow-up, and relationship management skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
