Position Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Product Trainer – Ventilation Systems to deliver product and technical training to internal teams, channel partners, and customers. The role involves creating training content, conducting hands-on sessions, and ensuring participants understand product features, installation, operation, and maintenance of ventilation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product training sessions on ventilation systems, including exhaust fans, fresh air units, ducting solutions, and related products.
- Explain product features, specifications, applications, installation methods, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
- Develop and update training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and demonstration kits.
- Organize classroom, virtual, and on-site training programs for sales teams, technicians, distributors, and customers.
- Demonstrate products during exhibitions, dealer meets, and customer visits.
- Assess trainee understanding through quizzes, practical evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay updated on new products and technical changes.
- Provide post-training support and answer technical queries from participants.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ventilation systems, HVAC products, technical training, or product support.
- Strong knowledge of ventilation principles, airflow, ducting, and system components.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual training tools.
- Willingness to travel for training programs and customer visits.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in HVAC or ventilation product companies.
- Hands-on installation or technical service experience.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety practices related to ventilation systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
