As a Maintenance Senior Executive/Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our jewellery manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any maintenance issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to production
- Develop and maintain maintenance records and reports to track equipment performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability for maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities
- Continuously identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance expenses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures
- Experience in managing a team and coordinating with other departments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergency maintenance needs
