Bluesky Immigration is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through their overseas education journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, counselling prospective students, converting inquiries into applications, and supporting students throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming leads from phone calls, website inquiries, social media, walk-ins, and referral channels.
- Conduct detailed counselling sessions to understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and study preferences.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, courses, and intake options.
- Convert qualified leads into successful applicants and enrolled students.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Assist students with application documentation and admission requirements.
- Coordinate with universities and education partners regarding admissions and offers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the student journey.
- Stay updated on study abroad trends, visa requirements, and university admission policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counselling, education consulting, admissions, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
- Experience with CRM software and lead management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Preferred Experience
- Experience counselling students for Australia, Canada, UK, USA, New Zealand, or Europe.
- Knowledge of student visa processes.
- Experience in application processing and university admissions.
