Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement for residential construction projects.
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best rates, quality, and timelines.
Prepare and process purchase orders, agreements, and related documentation.
Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate purchase records and inventory levels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and contractors.
Requirements
Minimum 4–6years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in residential projects in Kerala.
Strong knowledge of local building materials, suppliers, and pricing.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
