Job Summary
We are seeking a Design Consultant – Sales to lead sales for interior design consulting services. The role focuses on converting leads into design consultancy contracts, managing client relationships, and coordinating with design teams for proposals, presentations, and closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell interior design consulting services (concept, space planning, 3D, detailed drawings, PMC if applicable)
- Handle inbound and outbound design leads
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects and designers to prepare:
- Design proposals
- Fee quotes
- Scope & stage-wise deliverables
- Present design concepts, portfolios, and proposals to clients
- Negotiate design fees, payment milestones, and contract terms
- Close design consultancy agreements and collect advances
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to the design execution team
- Track design sales pipeline, targets, and conversions
- Maintain long-term relationships for repeat and referral business

Requirements
Qualification: Any Degree / BBA
Experience: 3–3 Years Field Sales Experience
- Design consulting sales
- Interior/architecture client handling
- Strong understanding of Design stages & deliverables
- Strong understanding of Design fee structures
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate client requirements into clear design scopes
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and presentation tools
