Scope:
- The Demo & POC (Proof of Concept) Specialist Int is a key member of the Demo and POC team within the Supply Chain Advisory function, playing a critical role in bringing supply chain solutions to life through compelling demos, POCs, and pilot engagements.

Aligned to the Supply Chain Execution product suite—including Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)—this role operates at the intersection of business processes and technology, translating real-world supply chain scenarios into impactful solution experiences.

The specialist will develop strong hands-on expertise in configuring, executing, and validating solution scenarios, while contributing to scalable, high-quality, and repeatable demo and POC assets.

Technical Skills: Blue Yonder Solution (WMS or TMS), Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, or Python.
What you’ll do:
-
Work on supply chain use cases with a focus on execution systems such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), supporting scenario setup and validation aligned with real-world business flows.

Prepare demo and POC environments, including configuration inputs, data setup, and validation activities.

Execute predefined demo scenarios or walkthrough segments as part of customer-facing solutioning engagements, following established runbooks and standards.

Drive POC and pilot execution through environment readiness checks, data refreshes, scenario resets, and defined iteration cycles.

Track acceptance criteria by ensuring scenarios run as intended and capturing outcomes for review by senior team members and solutioning leads.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic environment, data, configuration, or workflow issues; escalate more complex problems to senior specialists or Customer Solutioning Engineers as needed.

Maintain and update runbooks, setup documentation, and known-issue logs to strengthen repeatability and quality.

Contribute to shared demo assets (e.g., sample datasets, configuration templates, scenario libraries) and suggest improvements to increase scalability and reduce rework.

Collaborate with Associate specialists and peers, reinforcing execution standards and consistent ways of working.

Strong documentation discipline and operational rigor (checklists, runbooks, validation notes, issue logging).
What we are looking for:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, with a background in consulting, implementation, or pre-sales role.

Familiarity with enterprise supply chain platforms such as Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan (TMS/WMS modules preferred).

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field from a reputed institution (or equivalent practical experience).

Working understanding of supply chain solution workflows and common customer use cases; ability to connect scenario steps to expected outcomes.

Experience working on enterprise demos, POCs, pilots, or sandbox environments (including environment setup, data preparation, or scenario execution).

Ability to independently execute scripted scenarios with consistency, while knowing when to escalate or seek guidance for deviations.

Exposure to supply chain execution processes such as transportation planning, freight management, warehouse operations, or order fulfilment.

Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as IBM Cognos, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of data handling concepts, including Excel, CSV data preparation, or simple data validation techniques.

Awareness of APIs, integrations, or tools such as Postman for testing workflows (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
