Key Responsibilities
- As a Field Sales Executive, you will manage and grow the retail dealer network within your assigned regional territory
- Identify, pitch to, and onboard new hardware dealers, mill stores, and distributors to expand iBELL's market share.
- Maintain consistent on-field visits with existing partner accounts to secure repeat orders and drive primary/secondary sales.
- Introduce new power tools, welding machines, and garden tools to retail shop counters.
- Monitor local competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches to feedback insights to the Kochi HQ.
- Ensure healthy credit cycles by coordinating timely payment collections from your dealer network.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in on-field B2B sales. (Experience in power tools, hardware, paints, building materials, electricals, or FMCG is a major advantage).
- Fluent in Tamil to effectively communicate with local retail owners. Functional English or Malayalam is helpful for coordinating with our Kochi headquarters.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license and a smartphone to log daily field routes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, highly self-motivated, and target driven.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
