We are a leading manufacturer of PET bottles and plastic packaging products based in Coimbatore. We are looking for experienced ASB Machine Operators to join our production team and operate Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) machines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate ASB PET bottle manufacturing machines safely and efficiently
- Set machine parameters as per production requirements
- Perform mould changing and machine setup activities
- Monitor bottle quality and reduce production rejection
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance team
- Maintain production records and shift reports
- Ensure machine cleanliness and proper housekeeping
- Follow safety and quality standards during production
Technical Skills Required:
- Experience in operating ASB Injection Stretch Blow Moulding machines
- Knowledge of PET preform and bottle manufacturing process
- Understanding of mould changing and machine setting
- Ability to identify quality defects such as leakage, short moulding, haze, flash, and dimensional variations
- Basic troubleshooting skills for machine operation issues
- Knowledge of production planning and machine efficiency monitoring
- Experience in preventive maintenance activities preferred
Requirements:
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Technical Qualification
- Experience: 2–10 years in PET Bottle Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in ASB machines is mandatory
- Ability to work in shifts
- Good teamwork and production-oriented mindset
