Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager with 5–8 years of experience in the IT and Digital Marketing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in IT Services and Digital Marketing.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance and quality of the business development team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the IT and Digital Marketing domain.
- Strong experience in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling client meetings and converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet business goals.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing services, Website Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and IT solutions.
