- 10th / PUC / Graduate / Undergraduate

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries over calls.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational and night shifts.
