- Maintain advanced, hands-on operational knowledge of Meta Business Suite to oversee scheduling, page health, cross-platform publishing, and incoming messages.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using Meta Business Suite Insights and native Instagram/Facebook analytics tools.
- Oversee, plan, and approve content across different platforms, ensuring the dedicated Posting Manager executes the schedule flawlessly.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media channels, specifically focusing on the Meta ecosystem (Facebook and Instagram).
- Create engaging multimedia content briefs and effectively outsource or delegate production to your internal creative team.
- Maintain practical, hands-on knowledge of graphic and video editing tools to personally update flyers, reels, or banners during emergency circumstances or tight deadlines.
- Function as the primary director for the Campaign Shoot Team, managing everything from visual concepts and storyboarding to on-set execution.
- Lead communication, negotiation, and relationship management with influencers, directing them closely to ensure their content meets campaign guidelines.
- Develop, launch, and manage new competitions, giveaways, and interactive campaigns that promote the organization and brand.
- Undertake detailed audience research to identify the target demographic's preferences, behaviors, and shifting online habits.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by overseeing the response to posts, direct messages, and comments to build active discussions.
- Possess in-depth, expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager to oversee paid campaign structures and maximize ad spend efficiency.
- Research and evaluate the latest digital trends, platform algorithm updates, and tools to find better ways of measuring social media activity.
- Analyze competitor activity, content performance, and market positioning on a regular basis.
- Recommend continuous creative and strategic improvements to increase organic reach, follower retention, and conversions.
- Set clear, measurable targets to increase overall brand awareness and boost active customer engagement metrics.
- Manage and allocate designated budgets for social media activities, campaign shoots, and influencer partnerships.
