Key ResponsibilitiesFor Freshers (Trainee Level)
- Sample Preparation: Assist in weighing pigments, additives, and resins according to batch cards.
- Machine Operation: Learn to operate lab-scale extruders, injection molding machines, and blown-film lines under supervision.
- Testing Basics: Perform routine tests such as Melt Flow Index (MFI) and moisture analysis.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment and ensure all samples are labeled and stored correctly.
