As a Guest Experience Facilitator, often known as a Zupervisor, you will be at the heart of our operations, guiding children through various professions and ensuring a safe, engaging, and memorable experience. You will inspire curiosity, foster learning, and bring the magic of KidZania to life for every visitor, contributing to a unique blend of education and entertainment.
- Facilitate interactive role-playing activities for children aged 4-14 across various establishments within KidZania, ensuring adherence to activity guidelines and safety protocols.
- Engage enthusiastically with children, explaining activity concepts clearly, supervising their participation, and providing encouragement and support to enhance their learning and enjoyment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment within assigned activity areas, regularly checking equipment for functionality and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to children, parents, and guardians, addressing inquiries, resolving minor concerns, and offering assistance with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and a cohesive, high-quality guest experience throughout the entire park.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including setting up and tidying activity stations, preparing materials, and conducting inventory checks.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs to enhance facilitation skills, deepen knowledge of new activities, and stay updated on best practices.
- Uphold KidZania's brand standards and core values, promoting a fun, educational, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all guests and colleagues.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established safety and first aid procedures to ensure the well-being of all visitors.
- Monitor and manage group dynamics to ensure all children have an equitable opportunity to participate, learn, and enjoy the activities.
