Job Overview
Webtechnomind IT Solutions is seeking an experienced and target-oriented IT Sales Manager to drive business growth and acquire new clients for our software development and digital services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT services sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and business development.
Mandatory Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Strong knowledge of IT Services, Software Development, Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, AI/ML, and SaaS solutions.
- Experience handling domestic and international clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, networking, email campaigns, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients for IT services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and other B2B lead generation platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
