- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, shop plans, and drilling layouts to meet exact specifications.
- Quality Control: Measure components to ensure accurate hole alignment and dimensional precision for perfect hardware placement.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance like changing drill bits, lubrication, and chip removal.
- Safety & Workflow: Collaborate with production departments (like CNC or assembly) while following strict factory safety protocols
