We are looking for an aggressive, target-driven Sales Executive from the Industrial Lubricant marketing field with strong exposure to Metal Working Fluids (MWF). The candidate must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building markets across multiple regions, managing and expanding a dealer/distributor network and generating new business from manufacturing clusters.
This role is for a sales hunter who can open new territories, onboard dealers, and win industrial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
● Acquire new customers through field sales, prospecting, and industrial cluster mapping.
● Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
● Conduct product demonstrations and manage customer trials.
● Convert trials into purchase orders and recurring business.
● Identify and win competitor-held accounts within the assigned territory.
● Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales opportunities.
● Achieve monthly targets for customer acquisition, revenue, and trial conversions.
● Gather market intelligence and share competitor insights with management.
● Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
● Submit timely sales, pipeline, and field activity reports.
Skills Required
- Strong new customer acquisition skills.

- Active field mapping and industrial sales execution skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Problem-solving and trial management skills.
- Ability to work independently and chase monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Field Sales, Corporate Acquisition, or Business Development.
- Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, manufacturing, or lubricant industry preferred.
- Willingness to travel daily for customer meetings and field visits.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
