Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online store presence on Etsy and Amazon. The ideal candidate will handle listings, orders, customer queries, and day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on Etsy and Amazon
- Handle order processing, tracking, and customer communication
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor store performance and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with the team for inventory and pricing updates
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Prior experience with Etsy/Amazon or e-commerce platforms preferred
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
Salary & Benefits:
