Role: Business Development Associate (Commission-Based)
We are looking for hungry, self-driven sales professionals who want to earn based on performance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Reach out to real estate clients (builders, brokers, developers)
- Explain Plotix services via calls, WhatsApp, or Zoom
- Close deals and generate revenue
Compensation Structure Month 1 (Trial Phase)
- 100% Commission-Based
- Earn 30%–40% commission per sale
- Minimum target: 1 sale (mandatory)
If you achieve at least 1 sale:
From Month 2 Onwards
- Fixed Salary + Commission + Incentives
- Monthly target: Minimum 5–10 sales
- High performers get unlimited earning potential
Requirements
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Basic sales understanding (training will be provided)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
Who Should NOT Apply
- Looking for fixed salary without performance
- Not serious about sales
- Not willing to put in daily effort
