Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Territory Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Prepare and execute territory sales plans.
- Track sales performance and share regular updates.
Distributor & Dealer Coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers.
- Ensure stock availability across the assigned network.
- Review distributor performance and inventory levels.
- Support channel partners in market expansion activities.
Market Expansion
- Identify new distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Expand product reach and availability in the assigned area.
- Develop business across industrial, automotive, transport, and manufacturing segments.
Customer Relationship Management
- Visit customers and channel partners regularly.
- Maintain long-term business relationships.
- Address product-related queries in coordination with the concerned team.
Sales Coordination & Reporting
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Share market feedback and competitor updates.
- Participate in sales review meetings.
- Maintain sales forecasts and territory performance records.
- Update CRM and sales systems regularly.
Mechanic & Workshop Network Development
- Build relationships with mechanics, workshop owners, and service centers.
- Conduct product awareness activities and demonstrations.
- Support brand visibility initiatives in the assigned territory.
Promotional Activities
- Support marketing campaigns and trade promotion activities.
- Coordinate dealer meetings, customer engagement programs, and product introduction activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of approved promotional programs.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Identify market opportunities and emerging trends.
- Share customer and market insights with the sales team.
Compliance & Documentation
- Follow company sales processes and pricing guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
