Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that strengthen the company's brand, generate qualified leads, increase revenue, and drive business growth. The role oversees digital and offline marketing, branding, advertising, events, public relations, and market research while managing the marketing team and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising).
Manage advertising, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Generate quality leads and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize return on investment (ROI).
Oversee content creation for websites, brochures, presentations, videos, and social media.
Build relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics and prepare management reports.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all business divisions.
Required Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
8–12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, or infrastructure is preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
