Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished retired Armed Forces officer (Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, or equivalent) to lead People Operations and Organizational Excellence. This leadership role will be responsible for establishing a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to build systems, mentor managers, implement operational standards, and create an environment where discipline is balanced with respect, collaboration, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Drive employee discipline through fair, transparent, and consistent practices.
- Coach department heads and managers in leadership, communication, and execution.
- Design induction and leadership development programs.
- Monitor organizational performance through KPIs and regular operational reviews.
- Improve cross-functional coordination and execution.
- Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and workplace standards.
- Build a positive, high-performing workplace that attracts and retains talent.
Preferred Profile
- Retired Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, or equivalent commissioned officer from the Armed Forces.
- 20+ years of leadership experience managing large teams and complex operations.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes, and organizational discipline.
- Experience in corporate administration, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or real estate is highly desirable.
- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and the ability to influence through leadership rather than authority.

Pay: From ₹1,300,000.00 per year
