Job Description:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- All ISO Audit document handling & coordinate with Management team during the audit process
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed.
- Utilized Canva to design and create job advertisement flyers and recruitment creatives.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and manage the recruitment process.
- Follow up candidates –throughout the hiring process (from initial interaction to onboarding)
- Recruitment 80% & Operation 20%
