Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure / Network Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in L2 infrastructure and end-user support.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Intune, Antivirus and Firewall support
- Desktop & Laptop troubleshooting and support
- Active Directory administration
- L2 Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VLAN
- Virtualization support
- Ticketing System / IT Service Management
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
- Incident management and SLA-based resolution
Certifications – Preferred:
CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+, Azure, AWS
CCNP is NOT mandatory.
ITIL certification is an added advantage.
Required: Strong troubleshooting skills, good communication and experience in enterprise IT support.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
