Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development
- Develop and expand business across the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage tensile fabricators, tent manufacturers, contractors, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Track upcoming projects and identify new business opportunities.
Business Development
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Promote Lucky-Tech's technical textile and membrane solutions.
- Convert prospects into customers by securing trial and repeat orders.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Reactivate dormant and inactive customer accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Handle commercial discussions and price negotiations.
- Close deals and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
CRM & Market Intelligence
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer database in the CRM system.
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market developments.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in project sales.
- Strong customer acquisition, territory development, and lead generation experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
