What You’ll Do
As a Special Educator, you will play a meaningful role in shaping young lives by:
- Providing individualized and small-group instruction
- Designing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Adapting lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities
- Working closely with therapists, counselors, teachers, and parents
- Creating a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Observing, assessing, and documenting student progress
- Supporting children’s academic, emotional, and social development
Who Can Apply
We welcome applications from educators who are:
- Qualified with D.Ed / B.Ed in Special Education or equivalent
- RCI registered (preferred, not mandatory)
- Passionate about working with children with special needs
- Patient, empathetic, and child-focused
- Strong communicators and team players
- Freshers with the right attitude OR experienced professionals
