Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our Digital Marketing and Web Development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and online platforms.
- Identify and acquire clients for Digital Marketing Services, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads (PPC), Website Design & Development, Mobile App Development, Branding & Lead Generation Solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Experience in cold calling, sales pitching, and negotiations.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and web development services.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing Agency Sales preferred.
