*Minimum 1 Year of Customer Support Experience*
Fluent English & Hindi Communication

*Post selection, candidates will undergo training at Radical Minds, Bommanahalli.*
*Upon successful training and certification, candidates will be deployed at the client location in Marathahalli.*
Salary:
*₹24,000 CTC | ₹23,120 Take Home*

Important Instructions for All Vendors:
*Strictly inform every candidate about the exact process they are being scheduled for. Do not simply mention "Voice Process" or "Customer Support Process." Candidates must clearly know whether they are attending for Traya or Lemoon.*
*For the next 2 days, focus primarily on Traya, followed by Lemoon.*
